I've also tried running the game from its executable instead of via steam, which shows an initialize error instead of just that other crash popup, I've attached the images below in hopes that it'll help. Oh and I've also done the system scan "sfc /scannow" which reported back that everything is good. vdf file and also updating my graphics card drivers.
